This teacher reflection survey is based on one of the six elements of the CAREER Instructional model. The survey consists of rating 25 statements that describe instructional characteristics in the classroom. After completing all responses, you will receive a rating on this element and a personalized report based on your responses. This reflection survey is intended for your use in improving instruction and is not intended as an evaluation. It simply gives you feedback on elements of your instruction to think about, Be sure to take all six of the surveys to get a complete picture of your instruction.
