Federal regulations require collection of performance data on all secondary and postsecondary
CTE students in New York State to provide an accurate picture of CTE participation and success. Students taking courses taught by teachers certified in Agricultural Education, Business & Marketing Education, Family & Consumer Sciences, Health Occupations Education, Technology Education, and Trade and Technical Education are CTE students and should be reported.
